Company Registration

Importer or manufacturer's certificate of incorporation, partnership deed, or proprietorship proof.

Import-Export Code (IEC)

IEC certificate issued by DGFT — mandatory for all importers applying for CRS registration.

AIR Details (Foreign Brands)

Authorized Indian Representative (AIR) appointment letter and KYC documents. Required for all foreign manufacturers.

Product Specification Sheet

Detailed technical datasheet describing product specifications, model numbers, and electrical parameters.

Brand Authorization Letter

If the applicant is not the original brand owner, a brand authorization letter from the brand holder is required.
